1. Introduction
Welcome to Sinkin’ Ink Tattoo Shop. By booking an appointment, visiting our shop, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service.
2. Services
Sinkin’ Ink Tattoo Shop provides professional tattoo and body piercing services. All services are performed by trained and certified artists and piercers using sterile equipment and high-quality materials.
3. Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older for tattoos.

Clients aged 16–17 may receive certain piercings with parental consent and valid photo ID for both parties.

We do not perform services on anyone under 16 years old.

Valid government-issued ID is required for all clients.
4. Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect healing or safety. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a health risk.
All tools and equipment are sterilized following public health regulations. Single-use needles and disposable materials are used for every client.
5. Deposits and Payments

A cash deposit may be required to secure tattoo or piercing appointments.

Sinkin’ Ink Tattoo Shop is a cash-only business. All services must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in loss of the deposit.

All prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Refunds and Rework
Due to the personal nature of tattoos and piercings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
If touch-ups are required, they may be provided at the artist’s discretion within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Personal Items and Conduct
Sinkin’ Ink Tattoo Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, disrespectfully, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
8. Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided at the time of service. Failure to follow proper aftercare may affect healing and the final result.
9. Liability
By receiving a tattoo or piercing, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved, including potential pain, infection, scarring, or allergic reactions.
Sinkin’ Ink Tattoo Shop and its staff are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare or from undisclosed medical conditions.
10. Online Bookings and Website Use
When booking online or using our website, you agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel or modify appointments if incorrect or incomplete details are provided.
We are not responsible for third-party links or websites connected to our online booking system.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We only collect information necessary to provide services safely and effectively.
